Vikas Agarwal
I started investing in real estate in 2012 in residential properties in Florida. I bought properties in Florida and Minnesota from 2012 to 2019 before finally buying my first commercial real estate in 2020. My first investment in CRE was a Family Dollar in WI, which I still own. I continued buying CRE’s in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois and in New Mexico. Currently, I am working on closing a medical property in Tennessee. With 10+ years of experience of investing in real estate, I truly believe that every investor should diversify from Stocks and Bonds and invest in CRE. Empirical evidence suggests CRE offer higher returns with lower risk compared to stocks and investment grade bonds. Ping me to chat more!
